Terms of service

These terms cover moving services provided by World Class Movers, a licensed Imperial Beach, CA household-goods carrier. Booking a move means you accept the terms below.

Estimates & deposits

We provide written flat-rate estimates based on the details you share. A small deposit may hold your date and is credited to your final bill. If your inventory or access changes, we’ll confirm any adjustment in writing before we proceed.

Valuation & liability

  • Released value: included at $0.60 per pound, per article, at no extra charge.
  • Full-value protection: available as an upgrade for repair or replacement.
  • Cargo coverage: up to $1,000,000 per shipment.
  • Claims: you have a 9-month window to file after delivery.

Cancellation

Plans change — just give us as much notice as you can. A deposit on a canceled date can usually be applied to a rescheduled move, subject to availability.

Payment

Final payment is due on delivery unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. We’ll walk the load with you before we pull away so nothing is left in question.
